# Ajouter manuellement un candidat à une offre d'emploi

## Besoin d'aide pour attribuer un poste à un candidat ? Cet article est fait pour vous !

Hallelujah !💃

Vous avez trouvé votre perle rare💎, c'est le moment de l'attribuer à une offre d'emploi et de l'ajouter dans votre processus de recrutement. C'est très simple !

Il y a 3 possibilités :

#### 1- Ajout d'une candidature extérieure

Cliquez sur l'**icône en forme de valise 💼** à gauche de la page pour accéder à la page **Offres d'emploi**.

Vous atterrissez sur la page où toutes vos offres d'emploi sont référencées. **Cliquez sur l'offre d'emploi en question** (celle pour laquelle vous voulez attribuer au candidat). ✨

 

Vous allez atterrir directement sur votre processus de recrutement. Un bouton “**Nouveau candidat**” se situe en haut à droite de la page. 👇

Cliquez sur le bouton “**Nouveau candidat**”, deux options s'offrent à vous : 💁🏻‍♀️

- **L'option N° 1** : Importer un candidat qui n'existe pas à votre [CVthèque](https://help.wink-lab.com/retrouver-candidat-cvth%C3%A8que?hsLang=fr) Wink et que vous souhaitez rattacher à l'offre d'emploi.

- **L'option N° 2** : Attribuer un candidat déjà existant dans votre CVthèque à l'offre d'emploi.

- #### Pour l'option N° 1 :
  
  Cliquez sur **"importer un nouveau candidat sur le poste"**, choisissez l'intitulé du poste dans la case comme il est indiqué ci-dessous. 👇

Si vous êtes déjà dans une offre d'emploi, il vous sera proposé par défaut l'offre d'emploi sélectionnée.

 

**Déposez le CV** du candidat en le glissant ou en le téléchargeant dans le champ ci-dessous. ✨

A noter que vous pouvez désormais intégrer plusieurs candidats à la fois 🤟.

 

Cliquez sur '**Extraire avec l'IA**'. Cela permettra à notre intelligence artificielle de détecter automatiquement les données issues des différents CVs et de créer les fiches candidats tout en les intégrants automatiquement au poste en question.

👉 Vous n'avez pas encore le CV du candidat ou vous faites du recrutement sans CV, cliquez sur le bouton **"Je n'ai pas le CV du candidat".**

Un petit formulaire apparaît, saisissez les informations nécessaires pour créer une fiche candidat. Cliquez ensuite sur **le bouton "valider"** et c'est bon votre candidat sera attribué à l'offre d'emploi. ✅

#### Pour l'option N°2 :

⚡️Cliquez sur le bouton **"attribuer un candidat depuis mon vivier".**

📄 La page ci-dessous va apparaître sur votre écran, recherchez le candidat **par son nom ou son prénom** ensuite **sélectionnez le** et cliquez sur le bouton **"valider"** en bas à droite.

A noter que vous pouvez également intégrer plusieurs candidats depuis votre CVthèque à la fois 😎.

C'est bon, vous y êtes ! Votre candidat va apparaître sur votre processus de recrutement dans la case **"candidature"**. 💃

#### 2- Import depuis LinkedIn

#### 3- Attribuer depuis la fiche candidat

Dirigez-vous sur la fiche du candidat en question. Cliquez sur le **petit plus ➕** qui vous permettra de rattacher ce candidat à votre offre.

Une fois la fenêtre latérale ouverte, une liste déroulante apparaîtra, où vous trouverez la liste de vos offres actives. Il vous suffira de la faire défiler pour sélectionner l’offre à laquelle vous souhaitez rattacher le candidat.
